What an inspection actually fails on
It is rarely the floor that gets flagged, but the spots that get missed while cleaning. Those are exactly what ends up on every report.
Oven and extractor hood, silicone joints, blinds, window frames, the inside of cupboards, blind boxes. That is where an inspection fails, so we do them first, not last.
Handing over the keys is enough. We photograph the condition before and after the work, and the keys come back however suits you, in person, by post or in the key box.

You pay a 50 % deposit, the balance on the agreed date — or 100 % in advance.
Hygiene per FOPH recommendations
Cleanliness is hygiene. We clean according to the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health: thorough cleaning first, targeted disinfection only where needed.
- Clean thoroughly first, then disinfect in a targeted way – no blind spraying of disinfectant.
- Fresh cloths and mops for every property – we carry no germs from one home to the next.
- In sensitive spaces like care homes and practices, only FOPH-listed disinfectants.

What does the acceptance guarantee mean exactly?
If the cleaning is objected to at the inspection, the touch-ups are free, until the report is clean.
When is payment due?
You choose: 50 % deposit on ordering and the balance on the agreed date — or 100 % in advance. The price is fixed before any work starts.
Are travel or materials extra?
No. Travel, cleaning products and disposal are included in every price. What you see is the final price.
What if the flat is in worse condition than described?
Then the price is discussed before any work starts, never added to the invoice afterwards. For heavy soiling or nicotine the surcharge from the price list applies. You decide whether it goes ahead.
