Cleanliness is hygiene. We clean according to the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health: thorough cleaning first, targeted disinfection only where needed.

Frequent questions
Do operations have to stop during the work?
No. The work is scheduled floor by floor, as day cleaning or during off-peak hours, so staff and visitors notice as little as possible.
How quickly is a floor finished?
That depends on the floor area. A typical office floor is done in one to two working days. The exact schedule is agreed with you beforehand.
Is a framework contract possible?
Yes. For a regular refresh at fixed prices across the whole year, predictable for your budget.
What if an area takes more work than expected?
It is reported before starting and the price for that area is agreed. No item ever appears on the invoice that was not agreed beforehand.
When is payment due?
Only after the work is done. As soon as the cleaned areas are accepted together, you receive the invoice by email, payable within 30 days. No prepayment, no deposit.
