Every morning, we prepare our cleaning supplies in individual boxes for the whole day ahead. By the time we arrive, every box is ready for its round — no searching, no downtime, full focus on your spaces.
Our system: green and red
For every workstation, we give you a two-colour card — green and red. When the card shows red, we don’t touch a single item on the desk. When it shows green, we clean with our prepared box system — one box for every requirement. That’s how we clean toilets, kitchens, appliances, keyboards, screens and surfaces that need disinfecting, with the utmost care and efficiency.
What we clean
- Workstations and surfaces dusted – desks, shelves, screen frames and door handles.
- Washrooms thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, soap and toilet paper refilled.
- Kitchenette wiped down: sink, taps, fronts and microwave – coffee machine descaled on request.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, to suit the flooring.
- Reception, meeting rooms and entrance kept sharp – the first impression is right.
- Bins emptied and relined, paper and PET taken away.
- Interior windows and glass doors on a rota, added on request.

Am I tied in for long?
No. The regular cleaning is cancellable monthly, and you adjust the rhythm whenever you like – more visits in flu season, fewer over the company holidays. You stay because the work is good, not because of a contract.
When is the cleaning done – will it disrupt work?
Preferably as daycleaning: discreetly during opening hours, without anyone having to stay late. On request also in the evening or early before opening. Your fixed, insured contact person knows your rooms and how to handle the keys.
How is my monthly price set?
We base it on area, rooms, sanitary fixtures, floor type and rhythm. After a short, free trial clean or visit your fixed monthly price is set – fair and with no surprises.
How does payment work?
You never pay in advance. After the visits have been carried out, a simple invoice comes once a month by email, payable within 30 days. First the work, then the invoice.
