From the common areas, the floors, the lift and the rhythm you want, the effort is worked out transparently – giving a fixed monthly price tailored to the building. For larger buildings a brief look on site beforehand is enough. No hourly billing, no add-on charges.
Are we tied in for the long term?
No. The regular cleaning is cancellable monthly. You stay because the stairwell is spotless – not because of a multi-year contract.
How do we see that the cleaning was really done?
Every visit is logged with the date and the areas covered. That way you can show an owner or a tenant at any time that the common areas are reliably looked after.
When and how do we pay?
You receive the invoice monthly, once the work has been done – no advance payment, 30 days to settle it.
