You tell us briefly the area and type of clean. The fixed price is confirmed after a short site visit, with no surprises – no hourly meter, no add-ons after acceptance.
When do I pay?
Only after acceptance. Anything that isn’t right at the joint check is reworked – the invoice follows once you’ve signed off, satisfied.
Can work carry on during the clean?
On request evenings, early mornings or weekends – everything is ready for the next working day, with no interruption. For a post-construction clean the date lines up with the end of the trades.
