Cleaning and disinfection
Cleaning and disinfection to FOPH requirements, on request following your own hygiene plan.

Hygiene per FOPH recommendations
Cleanliness is hygiene. We clean according to the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health: thorough cleaning first, targeted disinfection only where needed.
- Clean thoroughly first, then disinfect in a targeted way – no blind spraying of disinfectant.
- Fresh cloths and mops for every property – we carry no germs from one home to the next.
- In sensitive spaces like care homes and practices, only FOPH-listed disinfectants.

How quickly can a room be occupied again?
Usually within one to two days. If the need is urgent, a phone call is worth it, express appointments are possible.
What does the documentation look like?
Every step is photographed and valuables are recorded. The full documentation accompanies the handover.
How are personal belongings handled?
Personal belongings are recorded separately, kept safe and handed over only on your instruction, nothing is disposed of unilaterally.
What if a room is more soiled than usual?
The extra work is reported before starting and the price agreed, with a photo so you can verify it. Nothing is added to the invoice afterwards.
