We clean the outside faces separately – on most windows you can’t reach them from inside. Frames and sills are always included. For windows up high we set the price at a short site visit.

How are the bathrooms fitted?
The first bathroom is fully included – 1 WC and 1 shower or bathtub. Every extra WC, shower and bathtub is added individually, at a fair price.
How would you rate the overall condition?
Paint in the colour according to the acceptance report or the original condition, pure white only if the walls were originally white.
Anti-mould paint for wet rooms. Existing mould is pre-treated, that is included.
Up to 3 damaged spots per room. Larger damage is discussed beforehand, a photo is enough.
Indicative, the final price depends on the running metres and the state of the old joint.
